We operate as a structured capital platform rather than a traditional fund, partnering with developers and operators on complex, long-horizon projects.
Our team combines institutional finance, development, and frontier technology experience to design capital that aligns with how projects are actually built—sequenced, adaptive, and oriented toward enduring value rather than short-term exits.

A cross-sector entrepreneur integrating art, design, real estate, and technology, Shane is the founder of Moderne Design, partner at National Land Management, and owner of WHINO, a restaurant gallery concept in Arlington, Virginia. He bridges creative industries with frontier technology and investment as a partner in Semina Innovation Management Company, a Web3, AI, and crypto fund focused on DeFi.

Founder of a U.S.-registered private equity investment and asset management company, with a career spanning private equity, energy, and real assets, following earlier service as an attorney and advisor to members of Congress, the U.S. Senate, and the Reagan (40), Bush (41), and Trump (45) administrations. Don is also a partner in Semina Innovation Management Company, a Web3, AI, and crypto fund focused on DeFi.

A licensed luxury real estate professional and Director at the Virginia Blockchain Council, Robin operates at the intersection of property, hospitality, and emerging technology, connecting capital with purposeful projects.
